About Me
Grounded. Intuitive. Embodied.
I’m a yoga teacher, embodied movement specialist, breathwork facilitator and founder of Valness, with a background in contemporary dance and body-based practices.
Trained internationally in London, India and Thailand, my work supports nervous system regulation, embodiment and self-awareness through breath, movement and stillness.
I create a safe, held space for clients to feel at ease — bringing presence, integrity and a deeply attuned approach to every class, workshop and retreat I hold.
